Founder, BM Academy
Pawan Rekha is the founder of BMAcademy, bringing a unique blend of extensive educational leadership and rigorous operational expertise to the organization. With over 15 years of dedicated experience in lectureship and education, Pawan has developed a deep commitment to fostering student success and excellence in learning.
Pawan holds a Master of Commerce (M.Com) and a specialized degree in E-Commerce, providing a strong analytical foundation for the academy’s strategic vision and curriculum design. Her academic background is complemented by over a decade of high-level operational leadership in the healthcare sector, where she has managed complex clinical workflows, administrative protocols, and staff coordination across major medical facilities in New York and Indiana.
As the founder of BMAcademy, Pawan bridges the gap between structured institutional management and personalized, high-quality instruction. Her professional journey, defined by precision, strategy, and a passion for student development, ensures that BMAcademy maintains the highest standards of academic and operational excellence.
